Obiettivi formativi
L'insegnamento concorre alla realizzazione dell'obiettivo formativo del corso di studi in Scienze Animali fornendo allo studente conoscenze relative al tema dei diritti degli animali e alla legislazione nell'ambito dell'alimentazione animale e della sicurezza alimentare. Si ritiene che un ulteriore obiettivo formativo sia rappresentato dal fornire agli studenti gli strumenti culturali ed il linguaggio necessari per la comprensione e la futura gestione delle più comuni problematiche connesse al diritto animale e al rispetto dei requisiti previsti nell'ambito della sicurezza alimentare. Tale obiettivo viene perseguito attraverso le lezioni frontali e le esercitazioni.
The teaching contributes to the realization of the educational objective of the Animal Science course of study, providing the student with knowledge about how law affects and protects animals in the legal systems, and about the current laws and legislation in the feed sector, including feed and food safety. It is believed that a further educational objective is represented by providing students with the cultural tools and the language necessary for understanding and future managing of the most common problems related to animal rights and compliance with the requirements of food and feed safety . This objective is pursued through lectures and exercises.

Oltre ad aver acquisito le conoscenze proprie dell'insegnamento, lo studente, dovrà essere in grado di orientarsi nel panorama legislativo internazionale e nazionale in materia di diritto animale ed alimentazione animale.

Conoscere e comprendere le basi del diritto animale e le principali norme specifiche relative all'alimentazione animale, nonché le responsabilità giuridiche legate alla sicurezza dei mangimi

Il Corso Integrato si compone di 6 CFU per un totale di 60 h di cui 46 di lezione teorica e 14 di esercitazione.

The Integrate Course consists of 6 credits for a total of 60 h, of which 46 are theoretical lessons and 14 are practical activities.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
L'esame consiste in 2 prove in itinere svolte attraverso la presentazione a gruppi di materiale di approfondimento/casi studio, e di un colloquio orale relativo al programma teorico dell'intero insegnamento.
Gli studenti che non sostengono/non superano i test in itinere, dovranno sostenere un colloquio orale relativo all'intero insegnamento
The exam consists of 2 in itinere tests through the presentations in groups of case studies or in-depth materials, and of an oral interview about the theoretical program of the entire teaching.
The students that will not attend/pass the tests will have to attend an oral interview about the entire teaching.
